The way I like to work
-
Simple.
Communications strategy is a means to an end. I avoid 67+ slides full of business and marketing jargon. I'll always try to make my recommendations actionable and straightforward. Our industry is overwhelmed with gurus and oracles talking nonsense and spreading fog. By learning, listening, and working hard, I try to do things a bit differently.
-
Plug in - Plug out.
Nobody likes to pay for overheads. I can easily integrate the in-house team or, if needed, integrate experts from my own network. Project based or more structural collaboration, from your offices, my home office or a coffee bar... anything is possible as long as I have the freedom to set my own agenda.
-
Fair.
If it's not for me, it's not for me. I avoid screwing up the planet and humanity. I work by the hour, by the day, or by the quote. I use reduced rates for non-profit organisations. I don't take a margin on other people's work, I don't need bonuses, but I don't work for free.
